What you'll do
You'll use AI music generation tools (Suno, Udio, or similar) to create original tracks based on reference playlists and creative briefs provided by our team. You'll be responsible for:
--- Analyzing reference playlists to identify genre, tempo, mood, instrumentation, and sonic characteristics
--- Crafting detailed AI prompts to generate music that matches the vibe and quality of the reference material
--- Iterating on outputs — selecting the best generations, refining prompts, and delivering polished tracks
--- Organizing and labeling output files clearly (genre, BPM, mood tags) for easy library management
--- Hitting track volume targets — we expect a consistent daily/weekly output quota
--- Staying current with new AI music tools and techniques, and flagging any that could improve our workflow
What we're looking for
--- Strong ear for music — you can identify what makes a track work: groove, energy, vibe, and production style
--- Hands-on experience with AI music tools such as Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, or similar platforms
--- Ability to translate a playlist or brief into clear, effective generation prompts
--- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a high-volume creative workflow independently
--- Background in music production, audio engineering, or music theory is a strong plus — but not required
--- Familiarity with music genres relevant to streaming catalogs (hip-hop, R&B, pop, electronic, deep house)
--- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently during overlap hours with the US
Bonus points if you have
--- Experience distributing AI-generated music to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
--- Knowledge of metadata, PRO registration, or catalog tagging for streaming
--- Light audio editing skills (trimming, mastering, format conversion) in tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition
How to apply
To be considered, please include the following in your application message:
1. A short intro — who you are and your background with music and AI tools
2. Samples — 2–3 tracks you've created using AI music tools (Soundcloud, Google Drive, or similar links)
3. Your process — briefly describe how you'd approach a reference playlist to generate a batch of tracks
4. Tools you use — list the AI music platforms you're most comfortable with
