About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Social Media Manager VA to manage and grow 5+ accounts simultaneously across multiple platforms. This role combines content creation, trend research, audience engagement, and growth strategy for an AI-driven digital product brand.
You must be technically minded, confident using multiple platforms daily, and comfortable creating high-performing image and video content that follows trends and drives reach, engagement, and audience growth.
This is a fast-paced role with strong long-term growth potential as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities – Social Media Manager (SMM)
Content & Growth
• Create daily image and video content for all assigned accounts
• Generate trending, high-engagement content designed to grow followers and reach
• Research and identify platform-specific trends and adapt content to each account’s niche
• Use AI tools to generate video and image content efficiently
• Build and maintain a content calendar per account

Posting & Distribution
• Post consistently across all platforms
• Optimise posting times, formats, and captions for maximum visibility
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms
Engagement
• Engage with followers via likes, comments, and DMs
• Manage live chat messaging
• Communicate confidently in clear, fluent English
• Understand audience psychology and engagement triggers
Project Management
• Update the PM daily with progress, status, and performance notes
