Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven HR Generalist who understands the demands of a remote BPO environment and can help us scale high-quality teams for international logistics clients.
You will play a key role in recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and compliance, ensuring we continue to build a high-performing, reliable workforce.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end hiring for roles such as:
Freight Forwarding Staff
Customer Support & Back Office Teams
Screen, interview, and endorse candidates to clients
Build a strong pipeline of logistics and BPO talent
Ensure fast turnaround hiring aligned with client needs

2. Onboarding Support
Lead structured onboarding aligned with SOPs and client requirements
Ensure new hires are fully integrated into client operations

3. Employee Relations & Performance
Serve as the main HR contact for remote employees
Handle employee concerns, coaching, and conflict resolution
Support performance reviews and improvement plans
Help maintain a strong, accountable remote culture

4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and remote work policies
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and leave tracking
Support audits and HR reporting

5. Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate attendance validation
Support benefits administration and employee queries

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
1-3 years HR experience
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
