JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Social Media Strategist (AI-Native)
Company: KOL AI
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time / Retainer

The Mission
We don’t just "post" on social media; we demonstrate the future of work. As our SMM, your job is to take complex AI automations ( ---------- scenarios, custom LLM agents, and automated CRM workflows) and turn them into "thumb-stopping" content that captures the attention of CEOs and Ops Managers.

Your Tech Stack
We expect you to be an AI Power User. You should be comfortable with:
Content Ops: ChatGPT/Claude (Advanced prompting), Midjourney/DALL-E 3.
Video: CapCut, Submagic, or HeyGen.
Automation: Basic understanding of Zapier or ---------- (to automate your own workflow).
Management: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram/Threads, TIKTOK

Key Responsibilities
The "Translate" Factor: Turn our technical "how-to" videos or case studies into high-performing LinkedIn carousels and X threads.
Short-Form Mastery: Script and edit 8–10 Reels/TikToks per week highlighting our latest AI builds.
Engagement & Growth: Proactively engage with "AI Influencers" and potential leads in our niche.
Brand Voice: Maintain a tone that is professional, slightly witty, and highly authoritative.

Who You Are
Creative: You can make a screenshot of a logic flow look sexy.
Responsible: You don't need to be chased for deadlines. You provide a weekly report before we even ask for it.
Curious: You spend your free time playing with new AI tools before they go viral.
Fluent: Exceptional written English is a non-negotiable.

Why Join Us?
* Work at the forefront of the AI revolution.
* Flexible remote culture.
* Performance bonuses based on lead generation/growth.

How to Apply (The "Secret Instruction")
Please include the word **"AUTOMATE"** in your subject line. Along with your portfolio, send us one example of an AI tool or workflow you’ve used to save yourself time in the last 30 days.

All Applicants are required to answer the following 3 questions when they apply;

1. In an AI Agency, 'Likes' don't always pay the bills. How do you distinguish between 'Vanity Metrics' and actual 'Growth' for a business like ours?"

2. The LinkedIn/X algorithm changes almost monthly. How do you stay updated on what’s working right now for B2B tech brands?

3. For our AI Agency, would you recommend a 'Direct-to-Book-a-Call' ad or a 'Lead Magnet' (like a free AI audit or automation guide)? Also, how would you use Meta's Advantage+ or Custom Audiences to lower our Cost Per Lead?

IMPORTANT

Send a 60-second voice memo or Loom video introducing yourselves as part of the application.
