JOB OVERVIEW

We are a web design and marketing agency helping home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical) get more customers.

We are looking for ONE highly motivated cold caller to contact US business owners and book qualified appointments.

This is a long-term role for someone serious about sales.

Responsibilities:

- Cold call US-based businesses
- Follow a simple script but speak naturally
- Handle objections and keep conversations going
- Book qualified appointments
- Log call notes in our system

Requirements:

- Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident, natural)
- Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
- Comfortable speaking with US business owners
- High energy and not afraid of rejection
- Reliable internet and quiet environment

Schedule:

3 hours per day
6 days per week
US time zone

Compensation:

$2/hour base pay
$8 per booked appointment
$5 bonus per appointment that shows
