WHO WE ARE

Demilamarie is a US-based premium fashion brand selling bridal robes and maternity dresses on Shopify. We're growing fast and need a sharp, reliable VA to take over daily operations so the founder can focus on growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service — Respond to all DMs (Instagram, TikTok) and emails within 4 hours. Handle order questions, sizing, shipping, returns. Warm, professional tone always.

2. Order Processing — Process Shopify orders daily. Update tracking. Monitor inventory and flag low stock. Handle returns/exchanges.

3. Social Media Scheduling — Schedule pre-approved content to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest. Repost customer UGC to stories. Track weekly engagement.

4. Influencer Outreach — Send DMs and emails to potential brides using provided templates. Track responses in a spreadsheet. Coordinate product shipments.

5. Shopify Admin — Update product listings, descriptions, and photos as directed. Light research and admin tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year as a VA for a Shopify or E-commerce brand
• Excellent written English (you ARE the brand voice to customers)
• Experience with Shopify, Instagram, and TikTok
• Organized, proactive, reliable — doesn't need hand-holding
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Nice to have: fashion/bridal brand experience, Klaviyo, Canva, Pinterest, customer outreach experience
