We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years’ experience to support and scale our performance marketing
You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to optimise campaigns, improve acquisition performance, and contribute to the expansion of our marketing mix. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across paid media, SEO, EDM, and reporting.
Paid Media & Campaign Optimisation
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor performance daily and implement structured optimisations.
A/B test ad copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages.
Improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend strategic changes.
Write ad copy, that aligns to channel best practices to test and improve performance.
Budget & Performance Management
Manage campaign budgets in line with internal forecasting models.
Ensure campaigns remain aligned with monthly growth targets.
Escalate performance risks early.
Growth & Channel Development
Identify new channel opportunities and platform experiments.
Support testing roadmap execution.
Research emerging ad formats and acquisition strategies.
SEO & Website Support
Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta data, internal linking, headings).
Collaborate with content team on keyword alignment.
Support organic growth initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as requested by the Growth Marketing Manager.
Extract insights from marketing and internal data.
Provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with paid ads in general, is ideal however not channel specific.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Intermediate understanding of marketing terminology and strategies.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Comfortable analysing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
