The Lucy Rose Clinic is an established Australian integrative telehealth clinic specialising in women’s hormonal, metabolic, and thyroid health. We support patients nationwide through practitioner consultations and advanced laboratory testing.
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Patient Support & Sales Specialist to support patients after their appointments and guide them through the next steps in their health journey.
This role combines patient support, health education, and consultative sales.
You will speak with patients who have already engaged with the clinic and help ensure they receive the right programs, testing, and support to achieve their health goals.
This role is primarily phone-based, so excellent spoken English and confidence speaking with patients is essential.
This is not cold calling. You will work with warm patients who have already had appointments or expressed interest in our programs.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
• Outbound follow-up calls to patients after practitioner appointments
• Ensuring patients understand their testing, treatment plans, and next steps
• Supporting patients to stay engaged with their health programs
• Recommending appropriate programs, products, and memberships where relevant
• Up selling extended care packages when appropriate
• Handling inbound patient enquiries and guiding them to the right services
• Providing booking links for consultations or coaching sessions
• Answering general questions and escalating clinical queries when needed
• Documenting patient interactions in our CRM systems
You will work closely with our Australian clinical and operations team to ensure patients receive excellent support throughout their journey.
What We’re Looking For
• Qualification in Nursing, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or Allied Health preferred
• Experience in healthcare administration, telehealth, or patient support
• Experience in sales, upselling, or consultative selling
• Near-native spoken English with a clear, neutral accent easily understood by Australian patients
• Confident and warm phone manner
• Comfortable working with scripts, KPIs, and conversion targets
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Highly Regarded
• Experience working with Australian or US healthcare accounts
• Experience in telehealth or healthcare call centres
• Experience selling health programs, supplements, or wellness services
• Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling systems
