About Us

Mission First Media is a real estate media company specializing in high-quality listing content, including photography, video, and social media reels. We help agents present their listings professionally and stand out online.

We’re hiring a Media Project Manager to take ownership of our photo and video workflow—ensuring projects are organized, edited correctly, and delivered at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage raw photo and video files and project folders
• Label and structure files according to scripts, shot lists, or project instructions
• Ensure files are clearly named and easy for editors to follow
• Prepare and send editing instructions to video and photo editors
• Review edited videos for quality control (QC)
• Review edited photos for quality control (QC)

Video QC includes:
• Correct clip order and structure
• Proper use of labeled footage
• Smooth pacing and flow
• Missing or incorrect clips
• Color/exposure consistency

Photo QC includes:
• Exposure and brightness consistency
• Color accuracy and white balance
• Straight lines and proper verticals
• Image clarity and sharpness
• Removal of distractions or editing errors

• Coordinate revisions with editors
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Deliver final media to clients

Requirements:

• Experience working with video editing, photo editing, or media production workflows
• Strong attention to detail (especially with file organization and QC)
• Ability to follow structured instructions and apply them accurately
• Highly organized with files, naming systems, and workflows
• Strong written English and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Real estate media or listing photo/video workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, ----------
• Experience coordinating with remote editors

• Editors clearly understand project structure without confusion
• Videos and photos pass QC with minimal revisions
• Projects are delivered on time and without errors
