Virtual Assistant – Operations & Sales Support (High-Growth Startup)

Golden Hour Medical is a fast-growing medical device company scaling nationwide. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, sales support, and executive coordination.
This is a high-impact role working directly with the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
--- Operations ---
Manage distributor onboarding and vendor documentation
Process purchase orders and coordinate shipments
Handle EDI systems (SPS Commerce preferred)
Generate shipping labels and track orders
--- CRM & Sales Support ---
Maintain and update Zoho CRM daily
Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
Send documents and coordinate with customers
Ensure no leads fall through the cracks
--- Executive Support ---
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel and conference logistics
Track follow-ups and reminders
--- Outreach ---
Assist with LinkedIn outreach and scheduling meetings
--- Requirements ---
Extremely detail-oriented (nothing slips through the cracks)
Strong written communication
Experience with EDI systems (SPS Commerce preferred)
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
Comfortable handling logistics, documents, and systems
Proactive and responsive
