JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly skilled SketchUp and Cost Planning specialist to support structured design and construction workflows across residential and commercial projects.

You will be working directly with engineers, designers, and project managers to produce accurate models and contract-aligned cost outputs.

This is a high-performance role. You must be experienced, precise, and able to operate independently.

Role Overview
This role combines technical modelling and commercial estimation.
Your work will directly support pricing, design development, and project delivery.

You will be responsible for:
• Producing fully structured SketchUp models suitable for reliable quantity take-offs
• Preparing construction-level BOQs aligned with drawings and specifications
• Developing and maintaining structured Excel cost models
• Managing revisions and ensuring accuracy across design changes
• Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
• Advanced SketchUp: models structured for accurate quantity extraction and documentation
• Strong understanding of construction systems, sequencing, and BOQs
• Advanced Excel: linked cost models, structured formats, revision control
• Fluent English (written and spoken, client-facing level)
• High attention to detail and strong accountability
• Able to work full-time and meet deadlines consistently

• Models are clean, organised, and usable for take-offs without rework
• Quantities are accurate and aligned with drawings and scope
• Cost plans are structured, traceable, and commercially reliable
• Communication is clear, concise, and professional
