JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | Start ASAP

We are a U.S.-based real estate media company looking for a full-time Real Estate Video Editor to join our team.

We produce high-end luxury property videos and social media content for real estate agents and companies across the United States.

This is a long-term position for one individual editor who wants to grow with our company.

We are NOT hiring agencies or teams.
We want one dedicated editor who will become part of our team.

We are conducting a very serious and detailed interview process.

This role is only for experienced real estate video editors.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You MUST have experience editing real estate property videos.

This means:

• Property walkthrough videos
• Cinematic home tours
• Luxury listing videos
• Real estate media for homes being sold

This does NOT include talking-head videos of agents.

We are specifically looking for editors who have worked with real estate media companies creating property walkthrough videos.

What You’ll Be Editing

• Luxury real estate property videos
• Cinematic home walkthrough videos
• Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
• Behind-the-scenes content from shoots
• Social media content for our brand

Responsibilities

• Edit cinematic real estate videos from provided footage
• Sync video to music with smooth pacing
• Color grade footage professionally
• Add transitions and polish edits
• Create short-form social media edits
• Deliver projects quickly and meet deadlines
• Communicate clearly with our team

Skills We Are Looking For

• Final Cut Pro (Required)
• Cinematic editing style
• Color grading experience
• Understanding of social media video formats
• Organized and fast editing workflow

2. A short video introduction explaining:

• Your background
• Your experience with real estate media

3. One example of your full editing timeline/project file

This is a huge requirement.
