You’ll be working directly across clients, operations, and internal systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while delivering a level of service that most companies don’t even attempt.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing day-to-day communication with clients
2. Handling requests, questions, and problem-solving
3. Coordinating schedules, bookings, and operational tasks
4. Supporting internal operations across multiple systems
5. Keeping data, trackers, and systems accurate and up to date
6. Assisting with issue resolution, claims, and general support
7. Communicating with external partners when required
8. Creating and improving internal processes and documentation
9. Helping onboard clients and tea
10. Making sure nothing slips through the cracks
