JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview: I am looking for a results-oriented YouTube Project Manager to take over the production management of my channel. I follow a strict ---------- workflow: I provide the vision, script, and voiceover (first 10%), you manage the entire production process (80%), and I return for final approval and publishing (last 10%).

Your mission is to ensure that two 15-18 minute videos are produced every week with impeccable quality, without me needing to micro-manage the process.

Your Responsibilities:
Freelance Management: Supervise our video editors on Upwork. Ensure they meet deadlines and maintain our "sourcing" standards for B-roll and stock footage.
Quality Control (QC): Perform deep-dive reviews of V1 and V2 edits. You must have an "eagle eye" for pacing, storytelling flow, audio clarity, and visual relevance.
Thumbnail Direction: You will be responsible for hiring and managing a dedicated Thumbnail Designer from the Philippines. You will brief them on high-CTR concepts and select the best variations.
Workflow Organization: Maintain our production pipeline in Notion and use Nexlev to monitor competition and performance trends.

Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube channel management or video production coordination.
High proficiency with Notion.
Strong critical thinking: You don't just "watch" a video; you analyze why a viewer might click away.
Excellent communication skills: You know how to give firm but constructive feedback to editors.
