We are a Tacoma Wa -based HVAC company with a 4-person crew. We handle residential heating, cooling, and air quality work across Olympia to Seattle. Our guys are in the field all day, and we need a sharp, reliable person to handle the phones, book jobs, and keep our pipeline full.
What you will do
• Call back Angi leads within 5 minutes of arrival — every time
• Qualify inbound leads: service type, location, urgency, and budget
• Book appointments directly into our scheduling software (we train you)
• Call past customers from our list to offer seasonal tune-ups and estimates
• Follow up with unbooked leads at 24 hrs, 72 hrs, and 7 days
• Confirm appointments the day before and handle reschedules
• Keep our CRM updated with every call, outcome, and next step
What we are looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident phone presence
• Prior experience in a call center, CSR, appointment setting, or phone sales role
• Calm and professional under pressure — we have urgent calls sometimes
• Experience with home services, HVAC, plumbing, or trades is a big plus
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google Cal)
• Reliable internet — minimum 10 Mbps — and a dedicated headset
• Available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm [YOUR TIMEZONE]
Pay and perks
• $6-7/hr to start based on experience — paid weekly via Wise
• Room to grow to full-time as the company grows
