JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an influencer marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us source and organize influencer leads using Apify.

Your main responsibility will be running pre-built Apify actors (scraping tools), collecting influencer data, and organizing it correctly inside Google Sheets based on our SOPs.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is consistent, fast, and comfortable working with data.

Responsibilities:

- Run Apify actors for TikTok influencer lead scraping
- Work with two main scraping systems (hashtag scraping + profile scraping)
- Extract, clean, and format data inside Google Sheets
- Ensure all data is organized correctly following our SOP
- Deliver clean, accurate lead lists for up to 5 different brands
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all tasks

Requirements:

- Strong experience using Apify (this is required)
- Strong experience with Google Sheets (formatting, cleaning data, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs exactly
- Organized and efficient workflow
- Reliable and responsive communication

Nice to Have:

- Experience with influencer marketing or lead generation
- Familiarity with TikTok creators/influencers
- Basic understanding of data cleaning (find & replace, formatting, etc.)

Work Details:

- 3–4 days per week
~3 hours per day (with potential to increase over time)
- Flexible hours (as long as deadlines are met)
- Long-term role for the right person
