E-Commerce Operations Assistant/Manager · Full-time · Remote · $4–9/hr · Danish company, global team

We run multiple e-commerce brands from Denmark. We move fast, we use AI tools, and we build systems that scale. Right now, we need one specific type of person to keep our operation running perfectly while we build the future.
That person is a Formalist.

Mistakes bother you more than they bother most people
You research before you ask
You deliver a detailed first draft, not a half-finished question
You follow through without being reminded

What you'll do:

Keep daily operations running without things falling through the cracks
Build and maintain SOPs for everything we do
Handle supplier communication and 3PL coordination
Hold suppliers accountable to contracts and deadlines
Help transition our customer service to AI

One requirement on availability:
This is a full-time role with a fixed daily schedule. We need you present and focused during agreed hours every single day. If consistency is a challenge for you, this role isn't the right fit – and that's okay.
