JOB OVERVIEW


Position Overview

We are looking for a high-output Content Editor & Graphic Designer to support a fast-growing home service brand. This role focuses on transforming raw field content into engaging, high-converting social media posts and marketing assets.

This is a monthly retainer role with consistent work, clear systems, and long-term growth opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Video Editing

Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Facebook)

Add captions, hooks, sound effects, and transitions

Cut long-form footage into multiple short clips

Follow proven content structures (we provide)

Graphic Design

Social media graphics

Before/after visuals

Thumbnails

Flyers, postcards, and simple ad creatives

Light branding work (using existing brand guidelines)


Workflow System (IMPORTANT)

Tasks are submitted through a priority queue system

You will work through tasks in order of priority

Content will be sent to you and you complete either video editing or graphic design in your own time.
This is why part time is expected.

Turnaround expectations:

Short-form videos: 24–48 hours

Graphics: 24–72 hours

Clear communication is required daily


What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with:

Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Understanding of short-form content that grabs attention

Ability to follow structure AND improve it

Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality

Reliable communication (daily check-ins)


Bonus If You:

Understand social media growth (hooks, retention, storytelling)

Have experience with service-based businesses

Can suggest improvements, not just execute


What Success Looks Like

Content is posted consistently (daily/weekly)

Videos are engaging and not boring

Turnaround times are fast

You require minimal hand-holding after onboarding


Compensation

Monthly retainer (based on experience)

Performance bonuses available based on output and quality
