JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based real estate investment company looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team full-time. Your primary role is simple: call homeowners, build rapport, and identify motivated sellers who want a cash offer on their property.

We are looking for a "Rockstar" who doesn't just read a script but knows how to have a real conversation and handle objections with ease.

Daily Responsibilities:

Make ---------- outbound dials per day using our multi-line dialer (BatchDialer)
Note: We prioritize quality conversations over raw dial counts. If you are on the phone with motivated sellers, we expect the dial count to naturally be lower.

Identify the "4 Pillars" for every lead: Motivation, Timeline, Property Condition, and Price.

Accurately tag leads and leave detailed notes in our CRM (BatchDialer)

Transfer "Hot Leads" to the Acquisitions Manager immediately.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of cold calling specifically for US Real Estate Wholesaling.

Language: Native-level English with a clear, friendly, and neutral accent.

Tech: Must have a reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and high-speed wired internet (at least 15 Mbps).

Schedule: Must be able to work (10am-6pm EST / CST). This is a 11pm - 7am PHT (Philippine Time) shift. Please only apply if you have a proven track record of working the graveyard shift long-term.

Environment: A dedicated quiet home office with ZERO background noise (no roosters, dogs, or traffic).

Compensation:

Base Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 USD per hour (depending on experience).
Bonuses: $400 bonus for every deal we close that you generated.

Stability: Long-term, 40 hours per week position with room for growth.
