We are a performance marketing agency working with high-ticket B2B service companies (waste management, environmental services, industrial trades).
We do NOT care about vanity metrics.
We care about:
• Cost per qualified lead
• Revenue
• Efficiency
• Smart scaling
We are looking for a Google Ads specialist who understands how to turn Search campaigns into predictable revenue.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Building and restructuring Google Search campaigns
• Deep search term analysis & negative keyword control
• Match type strategy (Broad vs Phrase vs Exact — and when to use each)
• Improving Quality Score
• Lowering CPL
• Location-based campaign structuring
• Conversion tracking audits (forms + calls)
• Weekly performance reporting with real insights (not generic summaries)
Primary focus: Search only (high-intent B2B).
???? What Success Looks Like
• Reduce CPL from $214 ? under $120
• Improve lead quality (not just volume)
• Clean campaign structure
• No wasted spend from sloppy setup
???? You Are a Good Fit If:
• You think in terms of search terms, not just keywords
• You regularly check the Search Terms report
• You understand conversion signal quality
• You know when Broad match works — and when it burns money
• You’ve managed $3k–$20k/month budgets
• You can show real before/after results

• You’ve only run eCommerce or boosted posts
• You rely heavily on Google’s auto-recommendations
• You cannot show real past results
???? Required Experience
• 3+ years Google Ads experience
• B2B lead generation experience preferred
• Experience lowering CPL in competitive industries
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking

• Starting at $5/hour
• 1 hour per day (Mon–Fri) to start
• 2-week paid trial
• Increased hours + pay based on performance
