About the Job

We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor to help edit a growing podcast and social media content.

You will be editing 2–3 podcast episodes per week and creating short viral clips (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) from each episode.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands social media trends and can help make clips engaging and shareable.

What You’ll Be Editing

Each week you will work on:

• 2–3 podcast episodes (approximately 1 hour each)

From each podcast you will produce the following deliverables:

1. Full podcast video (clean edited version)
2. Full podcast audio version
3. Full podcast video WITH captions
4. 10 vertical viral clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast videos (about 1 hour each)
• Clean up and improve audio quality
• Add intro and outro music
• Add captions to the full podcast video
• Cut engaging short clips for social media
• Create 10 short vertical clips per podcast designed to go viral
• Deliver content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Meet weekly deadlines

Schedule

We record 2–3 podcasts per week.

Editing hours may vary depending on workload, but work will be consistent weekly.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills
• Experience editing podcasts and short-form content
• Understands viral social media clips
• Able to cut engaging ---------- nts from long conversations
• Experience with vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Reliable internet connection
• Good communication

Software (any of these)

• Adobe Premiere
• Final Cut
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
• Or similar editing software

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Motion graphics
• Viral editing style (fast cuts, subtitles, ---------- s)
• Social media growth knowledge
