JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a professional tea ---------- mber to run live Zoom demo calls for our software platform.

This role is not a traditional sales job.
Your main responsibility will be running demo calls, reviewing data with prospects, and helping determine if our software is a good fit for their business.

Most of the people you will speak with are blue-collar home service business owners such as roofing companies, HVAC companies, solar companies, and other contractors.

Because of this, excellent conversational English and strong communication skills are extremely important.

You must be comfortable speaking clearly, confidently, and professionally on Zoom calls throughout the day.

We are not looking for the lowest-cost VA.
We are looking for the right person who communicates extremely well and can represent our company professionally.

If you are selected, this has the potential to become a long-term position with our company.

Work Schedule

You must be able to work United States business hours.

Preferred schedule:
Eastern Time (US)

Your Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled Zoom demo calls with potential customers
• Review data for the customer's service area inside our software
• Walk prospects through the platform to determine if they are a good fit
• Clearly explain how the system works
• Answer questions from business owners
• Take notes from each call
• Communicate feedback from prospects to our team

These calls are used as a qualification process, helping determine whether the customer is a good fit for our software.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (very important)
• Confident speaking on Zoom calls throughout the day
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Reliable internet connection (very important)
• Quiet workspace for professional video calls
• Comfortable learning new software tools
• Organized and dependable

Internet and Power Requirements

Because this role involves live calls with customers, you must have:

• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Stable electricity in your area

Applicants living in major cities or areas with reliable power and internet infrastructure will be prioritized.

We understand that occasional outages can happen, but we need someone whose location provides generally stable connectivity.

Training

We will provide training on:

• Our software platform
• How to run the demo calls
• How to review customer data
• How to answer common questions

You will not be expected to know everything immediately.
