JOB OVERVIEW

MarkMedia LLC is a NYC-based video production company specializing in documentary-style corporate storytelling for private equity, venture capital, and institutional clients. Our work is high-end, fast-paced, and seen by C-suite audiences at firms like Permira, Lux Capital, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
We're looking for a talented Motion Graphics Editor based in the Philippines to join our remote post-production team on a part-time, ongoing contractor basis.
What you'll be doing:

Creating motion graphics, animated titles, and logo animations for corporate video content
Building scene transitions and visual elements that enhance executive interview footage
Collaborating remotely with our NYC production team on active client projects
Working in Adobe After Effects as your primary tool, with occasional Adobe Premiere support

You're a great fit if you:

Have strong hands-on Adobe After Effects experience (this is non-negotiable)
Have a portfolio showing motion graphics work — transitions, animated text, lower thirds, logo reveals
Are organized, communicative, and meet deadlines without being chased
Have a great attitude and treat this like the professional opportunity it is
Can work independently and turn around revisions quickly

What this is NOT:

This is not a full-time role with benefits or a path to employment
This is a flexible contractor/freelance arrangement — you work on projects as they come in

Bonus skills (nice to have):

Adobe Premiere Pro editing experience
Experience with corporate, finance, or documentary-style video
Familiarity with color grading or sound mixing
