JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Claude AI Business and Financial Analyst. The role involves working closely with management to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in business analysis to assess workflows, data usage, and AI technology integration.

The position requires agentic coding using AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Grok etc.) to build software to facilitate our real estate development and apartment rental business. The position requires that you are an expert coder and AI practitioner who has created real applications, not just experimented with AI tools. Demonstrative experience required.

The candidate should have solid engineering fundamentals and the ability to critically review and improve on AI-generated plans by applying new AI tools creatively to improve our operations, finance, and reporting goals.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Deep experience using Claude as a tool for research and organizational knowledge-gathering.
• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to optimize output quality and relevance.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve prompt engineering techniques.
• Analyze AI model behavior and performance, providing insights to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI language models and share knowledge with the business team.
• Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency.
• Assist in training AI models by curating datasets and refining inputs.
• Create AI enabled workflows to automate repeatable analysis, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision making .
• Develop modular prompt frameworks, reusable templates to scale AI across teams.
• Assess emerging AI tools and platforms; translate capabilities into practical business applications.
• Perform exploratory, operational, and ad hoc analyses using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python to support our workflow.
• Lead automation efforts for reporting, data preparation, and lead generation.
• Document end to end AI enabled workflows and create a central repository of processes and enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or a related quantitative field, preferably in multifamily, real estate.
• Strong understanding of AI language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience in crafting and fine-tuning prompts for AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python and building dashboards in Power BI is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) in a professional or analytical context, not just experimental.
• Demonstrated curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a drive to optimize processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts and capabilities into practical business applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non technical management.
• High level of ownership, with the ability to independently test, refine, and implement new ideas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
