The Role

We’re hiring a WordPress + Elementor Developer who can take a Figma design and turn it into a clean, responsive, production-ready site.

This is a specialist-first role.

Your main focus is WordPress.

Over time, there is an opportunity to expand into other platforms (Wix, Squarespace, GHL), but only after you are fully confident in your core role.

We don’t throw random tasks at you. We build skills intentionally.

Must-Have Skills
• Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor
• Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-clean layouts
• Solid understanding of mobile and tablet responsiveness
• Experience working with Custom Post Types (CPTs)
• Can troubleshoot:
• layout issues
• plugin conflicts
• responsive bugs
• Strong attention to spacing, alignment, and visual consistency

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Basic PHP knowledge (shortcodes, template tweaks)
• Familiarity with Wix, Squarespace, or GoHighLevel
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or CRM-based page builders
• Understanding of site speed and basic SEO structure
• Comfortable with Slack, Zapier, Google Drive, Loom

Responsibilities
• Build full pages in Elementor based on Figma designs
• Ensure clean, responsive layouts across all devices
• Implement dynamic content using CPTs when needed
• QA your own work before submitting (no sloppy handoffs)
• Fix layout, spacing, and styling issues proactively
• Follow build timelines and communicate blockers early

As you grow in the role, you may:
• Support builds on other platforms (Wix, Squarespace, GHL)
• Help improve internal build systems and workflows
