This is a long-term role for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident using Xero and Excel.
Role Overview:
Approximately 20–30 hours per week (consistent ongoing work)
Flexible schedule, but reliability is essential

Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to
Organising inboxes and keeping communication structured
Data entry and record keeping in Xero
Basic bookkeeping tasks (reconciliation, invoices, etc.)
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
General admin support
Requirements:
Proven experience using Xero (please do not apply if you haven’t used it)
Strong Excel skills (sorting, formulas, data organisation)
Excellent written and spoken English
High attention to detail
Reliable internet connection (with backup)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
