JOB OVERVIEW

Role: Instagram DM Appointment Setter (Full-Time)

We are Strong AF Coaching, an online fitness coaching company helping high-performing women rebuild their body, confidence, and identity.

We are hiring a full-time DM Appointment Setter to manage Instagram conversations and book qualified calls into our calendar.

This is a performance-based role inside a structured system with clear KPIs and daily targets.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound Instagram DMs using our framework

- Initiate outbound conversations daily

- Qualify leads and guide them toward booking a call

- Book calls directly into our calendar

- Track activity and performance metrics

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Previous experience in DM setting or sales

- Available to work US and UK hours

- Reliable laptop, strong WiFi, and working camera

- Comfortable working in a tracked environment (Hubstaff with screen monitoring)

- Able to follow systems while maintaining natural conversation

Compensation

- $5 per hour

- $20 commission per closed call

- Long-term role with growth potential

Performance Expectations

- High daily conversation volume

- Fast response times

- Consistent booking output

Important

We use Hubstaff time tracking software with screen monitoring.
This ensures focus and performance. If you are working multiple roles at the same time, this position is not suitable.
