We run a high-volume Old School RuneScape service operation.
We’re looking for someone who has actually played OSRS and understands how accounts are built and progressed.
This is not basic customer support.
Your role is to talk to players, understand their account goals, and guide them toward the right next steps.
What You’ll Do
* Handle live chat (Messenger / website)
* Understand what the player is building toward (PvM, Slayer, maxing, etc.)
* Identify painful or inefficient grinds
* Suggest logical next steps for the account (not pushy selling)
* Follow up warm leads and returning clients
* Keep conversations natural and human (not scripted)
Important
This role is closer to:
? helping someone plan their account progression
not
? answering support tickets
Requirements
* You have played OSRS and understand:
* skills, bosses, diaries, account progression
* You can communicate clearly in English
* You can think independently (no copy-paste support behavior)
* You understand basic sales (guiding, not pushing)
* You are organized and responsive

$5–8/hour depending on skill
Performance-based increases after 30–60 days
