JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Video Editor who is open to focusing on content sourcing and research instead of editing.
If you understand video structure, hooks, and what makes content engaging — this role is perfect for you.
Your main responsibility will be to find high-quality video clips that our team can turn into high-performing ads.

What You’ll Do
- Search for video content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads Library
- Find clips, UGC, and competitor ads we can use or take inspiration from
- Identify strong hooks and engaging ---------- nts
- Collect and organize content clearly for our editing team
- Continuously look for new trends and winning styles


What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a video editor (you understand pacing, hooks, structure)
- Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok / Reels)
- Ability to spot engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently


Work Details
- Fully remote
- Flexible working hours
- 30–40 hours per week (starting phase)


Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with e-commerce or ads
- Familiar with Meta Ads Library
- Understanding of UGC-style ads
