JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to help produce and scale short-form videos for Instagram. You will work with pre-selected viral content and transform it into new variations using AI tools and editing software.

This is an execution-focused role. You will follow clear workflows and replicate proven content formats with precision.

Responsibilities:

Create variations of provided “first frame” images (outfits, backgrounds, styling)

Use AI tools (Kling / Higgsfield) to apply motion control based on reference videos

Edit short-form videos using CapCut (subtitles, timing, formatting)

Ensure all outputs match the original reference in pacing, style, and quality

Export and organize videos for posting across multiple Instagram accounts

Follow structured SOPs and deliver content daily

Required Skills:

Experience with CapCut (short-form editing, subtitles, timing)

Experience with Kling AI (motion control / video generation)

Experience with Higgsfield (image generation / variation)

Understanding of Instagram Reels format

Strong attention to detail (must replicate content accurately)

Ability to follow instructions and workflows precisely

Fast execution and good time management

Nice to Have:

Experience working with viral short-form content

Basic understanding of hooks, pacing, and engagement

Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows

Important:

This is NOT a creative role.
You are not required to come up with ideas — your job is to execute and replicate high-performing content with precision and consistency.

Salary:

$4–$5 USD per hour

Full-time (40 hours/week): $640 – $800 USD per month

Part-time options available

Performance bonuses may be offered based on output and quality.

Daily Output Expectation:

Produce multiple video variations per day (10–30+ depending on speed and experience)
