We are a fast-growing ecommerce company operating multiple brands across Beauty & Skincare, Fitness & Apparel, Home & Kitchen, Tech & Gadgets, and more. We launch new brands regularly and move fast.
Our content pipeline never stops — and neither do we.

We sell primarily across Europe, meaning our ads run in multiple native languages including but not limited to English, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and more. This is a core part of the role — not an occasional task.

We are looking for a talented, self-driven Video Editor who can produce high-converting short-form content every single day without needing to be micromanaged.

YOUR ROLE
As our dedicated Full-Time Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing 3–5 polished, ready-to-publish video ads per day across our brand portfolio, localized for European markets.

Your daily output will include:
- Short-form product ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- UGC-style and AI UGC ads designed for paid traffic
- AI avatar videos using tools like Heygen, Arcads, or similar platforms
- AI voiceovers in multiple European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.)
- Localized captions and on-screen text in the correct native language for each market
- Animated captions, motion graphics, and branded text overlays
- Color-graded, sound-designed content that feels professional and scroll-stopping
- This is a fully remote, async role. You own your schedule — but you own your deadlines too.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of video editing experience with a strong focus on ecommerce or paid ads
- Proven ability to produce 3–5 complete video ads per day at consistent quality
- Experience generating AI voiceovers in multiple languages using tools like ElevenLabs, Heygen, or similar
- Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted captions and on-screen text in European languages
- Expert knowledge of animated captions, subtitle styling, and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of hooks — you know how to win the first 3 seconds
- Hands-on experience with AI UGC and AI avatar tools (Heygen, Arcads, D-ID, etc.)
- Solid color grading and sound design skills
- Creative independence — no style guides, no hand-holding, you bring the vision
- Reliable async communicator who hits deadlines and flags issues early
- Experience across multiple ad formats: UGC, VSL, mini-VSL, unboxing, testimonial, AI avatar
