About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Structural Revit Drafter to join our engineering team on a contractor basis. Working remotely, you'll contribute to drafting delivery across a range of industrial and commercial projects for our Australian clients, producing high-quality Revit models and documentation that support efficient design and construction outcomes.
You have experience drafting Structural Steel and Reinforced Concrete
You'll work closely with our Australian-based engineers, project managers, and drafting team, contributing technical accuracy and practical detailing in a collaborative remote environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality drafting work and thrives in a structured, deadline-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce detailed Revit structural models and documentation for a variety of projects.
• Convert engineer mark-ups and site sketches into accurate CAD drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into accurate, buildable drawings.
• Coordinate documentation with other disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, project requirements, and QA processes.
• Assist the Lead Engineer in the preparation of preliminary sketch designs from architectural drawings as required.
• Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
• Handle project correspondence via document management sites, such as Aconex.
• Assist with planning and project delivery to help meet deadlines.

About You
• Relevant qualification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role
• Proficient in structural drafting using Revit
• Exposure to or working knowledge of Australian building standards (BCA and relevant Australian Standards) is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent level of English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with an overseas team
