JOB OVERVIEW

???? Amazon Product Sourcing Analyst (Private Label Growth)
We are a growing Amazon private label business building a portfolio of high-quality, profitable products.
We are not looking for a typical VA.
We are looking for a sharp, analytical thinker who can identify real product opportunities — not just copy what already exists.
If your approach to product research is browsing Alibaba or sending trending items, this role is not for you.
???? What This Role Actually Requires
Your job is to find products we can realistically launch and win with.
That means:
Understanding demand vs competition
Identifying weaknesses in existing listings
Seeing opportunities others miss
Thinking in terms of differentiation, not imitation
You will be expected to justify your ideas with clear, logical reasoning — not guesses.
???? Responsibilities
Identify high-potential product opportunities (non-saturated, scalable)
Analyze Amazon search results, listings, and customer reviews
Find gaps in the market (quality issues, missing features, poor branding, etc.)
Propose clear differentiation strategies
Suggest bundles, variations, or positioning angles
Evaluate pricing, competition, and demand
???? Daily Output Expectations
You will submit 3–5 product ideas per day.
Each idea must include:
Product name + Amazon links to competitors
Estimated selling price
Why demand exists
Why the competition is beatable
A clear and realistic differentiation angle
Optional: sourcing or cost insights
Low-quality or random ideas will not be accepted.
???? Requirements
You must:
Have real experience with Amazon FBA product research
Be familiar with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
Write clearly in English
Think critically and explain your reasoning
You should understand:
What makes a market saturated vs opportunity
Basic Amazon economics (fees, margins, pricing)
How to evaluate listings and reviews for weaknesses
? Do Not Apply If
You rely on “trending product” lists
You send random Alibaba links without analysis
You cannot explain your reasoning clearly
You have never done real Amazon product research
???? Compensation
$4–$6/hour to start
2–4 hours per day (part-time)
Performance-based bonuses will be given for product ideas we actually launch.
Top performers will quickly earn more responsibility and higher pay.
???? Required Test Task (Mandatory)
To be considered:
Start your application with the word: Growth
Then complete the following:
Find 3 product ideas in the kitchen or home category that:
Sell between $20–$50
Have consistent demand
Are not oversaturated
For each idea, include:
Amazon links
Why this is a strong opportunity
How we would differentiate and win
Applications without this will be ignored.
???? Opportunity
We are actively expanding and plan to launch many new products.
This role can grow into:
Product lead
Launch manager
Long-term strategic role
