JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based premium supplement brand in the alcohol health market looking for an experienced outreach specialist to identify, contact, and manage relationships with influencers and creators across YouTube and Facebook/Instagram'ers.

Our core audience is health-conscious adults 40-60+, mostly women. Think wellness, liver health, longevity, gut health, healthy aging... people who enjoy a drink or two, not bodybuilding or fitness bro content.

What you'll be doing:

• Researching and identifying well-aligned creators (micro to macro) on YouTube and Facebook/IG
• Running personalized outreach to pitch product seeding, affiliate partnerships, and paid collaborations
• Managing ongoing creator relationships, follow-ups, and tracking
• Vetting creators for genuine audience alignment (not just follower count)
• Reporting weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline status

What we're looking for:

• Prior extensive experience doing influencer outreach specifically for supplement, wellness, or health brands. This is non-negotiable. Please share examples.

• Strong written English. Your outreach emails need to feel like they're coming from someone on our team, not a template blast.

• Good instincts for brand alignment. You should be able to look at a creator's content and audience and know within 60 seconds whether they're a fit.

• Self-starter. We'll give you direction but you need to own the process day to day.

• Someone who is relentless and takes personal responsibility who is consistent, persistent, and loves being part of a fun team.

In your application, please include:

1. 2-3 examples of supplement or wellness brands you've done influencer outreach for and what results looked like

2. Pick 3 YouTube or Facebook creators you'd pitch our brand to and tell us in one sentence each why they're a good fit (our site is ---------- )

3. What software or tools you use for influencer discovery and outreach management. If you don't use any, explain your manual process in detail.

4. How many creators can you realistically identify, vet, and do personalized outreach to per week?

This is an ongoing role, not a one-off project. Starting at 20 hrs/week with room to grow to full time.

We have scaled well on Meta and Google ads and now want to really drive hard into Youtube integrations/dedicated videos, IG and FB promos, and maybe X promotions. Not interested in Tiktok.

We want to create a social snowball of authority similar to companies like AG1, Seed, and more.

We want someone who can build this channel the way a strong in-house marketing hire would.
