JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am Ali Rihani — founder of Emerald Sands, based in Dubai. I run a consulting and deal brokerage business, I create content on TikTok and I am building a personal brand called RIHANI.
My digital life is a mess. Files everywhere. Multiple clouds. No system. No logic. I need one person to come in, clean everything up and build a filing structure I can actually follow going forward.
This is not a creative role. This is not a tech role. This is a systems and organisation role. I need someone who has done exactly this before and has a method they follow — not someone who will figure it out on my time.

THE PROJECT — WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Audit my current digital storage — Google Drive, iCloud and any other cloud platforms I am currently using. Understand what exists, where it lives and what the current state of chaos looks like.
Build a clean master folder structure from scratch across six top-level categories — Brand, Business, Content, Clients, Course and Personal. Inside each category, logical sub-folders that make sense for how I actually work.
Migrate all existing files into the new structure. Nothing lost. Everything in the right place. Old duplicates removed.
Create a simple file naming convention I can follow without thinking. Date first. Plain English description. Version number. Consistent across everything.
Deliver one printed reference guide — a single page that tells me where every type of file goes, what to call it and what to do with it when a project is complete.

THE THREE SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:

Google Drive organisation and migration — you have done this before for a real client, not just your own files. You can look at a chaotic Drive and have it clean, logical and searchable within a few days.
File naming conventions and folder architecture — you have a methodology you follow, not one you invent as you go. You can explain your system clearly before you start work.
Cloud consolidation experience — you have worked across multiple cloud platforms simultaneously and successfully pulled scattered files into one unified structure without losing anything.

You have never organised someone else's digital files before
You need detailed instructions for every step
You treat a deadline as a suggestion
You are looking for ongoing work — this is a defined project with a clear end point

HOW TO APPLY:
