My Online Fitness Coaching Brand
We are building a high-performance sales team for our rapidly growing online coaching business and are looking for confident, disciplined, and athletic-minded individuals who can communicate professionally and guide potential clients toward life-changing fitness results.
This role is not for passive responders. We are looking for individuals who can lead conversations, build trust quickly, and confidently guide prospects toward booking a call with our coaching team.
The right candidate understands the difference between being assertive and being pushy. You know how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism while respecting the person on the other side of the conversation.

Responsibilities
1. Engage with inbound and outbound prospects through social media DMs
2. Build genuine rapport and qualify potential clients
3. Clearly communicate the value of our coaching programs
4. Guide qualified prospects toward booking a consultation call
5. Maintain professional, confident communication at all times
6. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
7. Track conversations and booked calls accurately

Confident communicators who can speak clearly and professionally
Athletic or fitness-minded and understand the culture of training and performance
Assertive but respectful able to guide conversations without pressure
Reliable and disciplined with strong work ethic
Trustworthy and professional when representing the brand
Comfortable communicating with high-quality prospects
This role is ideal for someone, I will emphasize again, who takes pride in performance and results, not just showing up.
Compensation
Base Pay
$250 every two weeks
Performance Incentive
3% commission on clients who enroll through appointments booked by the setter to connect with my Onboarding specialist aka Closers for HIgh ticket programs!
High performers who consistently generate quality bookings will have greater earning opportunities as the team grows.
