JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital product company in the quilting & crafting niche selling primarily on Shopify and Etsy.
We are currently generating consistent monthly profits and are scaling toward aggressive growth targets.
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Operations Manager / Chief of Staff to help structure, optimize, and scale the business.
This is NOT a beginner VA role.
We need someone who can think like a business owner.

Role Overview:
You will work directly with the founder to:
Oversee daily operations
Improve systems & processes
Manage tea ---------- mbers (VA, designer, media buyer, etc.)

Track KPIs & performance
Help scale revenue & profitability

Your mission:

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems:
Build and optimize SOPs
Improve workflows inside ClickUp / project management tools
Ensure deadlines are met
Identify inefficiencies and fix them

Team Management
Manage and oversee:
Customer support VA
Designer
Media buyer
Set weekly deliverables
Monitor performance and accountability
Run weekly check-ins

KPI & Performance Tracking
Track:
Revenue
ROAS
AOV
Conversion rate

Email performance
Create weekly reports
Suggest improvement strategies

Growth & Business Development
Propose new revenue ideas
Identify expansion opportunities (new stores, bundles, offers)
Assist in launching new products

Required Experience
3+ years in Operations / Project Management / Chief of Staff role
Experience with Shopify (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of digital product businesses
Experience managing remote teams
KPI-driven mindset
Organized & highly accountable
Strong English communication skills
