Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Professional to lead our B2B business development efforts. Your primary mission is to identify, hunt, and convert hospitality business owners into registered active clients on our B2B platform.
This is a pure sales role. While we value digital marketing skills, your success will be measured solely by your ability to hit aggressive registration and first-order KPIs through relentless cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Registration Outreach (Primary KPI)
-Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to identify and research prospective hospitality businesses, including vacation rental owners, independent hotel owners, and boutique property operators, as target clients for our B2B website.
-Conduct targeted outreach via cold
-Use AI-assisted tools to write personalized, high-converting outreach copy and follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect’s business type.
-Offer deep discount coupons or cash incentives to convert interested prospects into registered businesses on the platform.
-Guide prospects through the full registration process: assist with W-9 form submission and successful Business Account creation on our B2B website.
-Follow up with registered businesses to ensure they successfully place their first order, completing the full conversion cycle.
-Track and report weekly registration and order conversion numbers. A minimum of 30 confirmed new business registrations must be achieved within the first month post-training.
Compensation:
Base pay: $700/monthly negotiable with promotion opportunity after 3 month based on performance
Performance bonus: $15 per confirmed new business registration/order placed through our B2B website
Business Development & KPI
-Primary KPI: Drive new business registrations on our B2B website by recruiting hospitality businesses and independent property owners via platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Airbnb, and other vacation rental platforms
-Target prospects include vacation rental owners, boutique hotel owners, independent hospitality operators, and other small-to-mid-sized hospitality businesses.
-Leverage deep discount offers and cash incentives as conversion tools to encourage prospects to complete their first order on the platform.
-Track and report registration conversion metrics on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
Required:
-Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to write clear and persuasive outreach messages
-Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. Candidates must be comfortable using AI for prospect research, copywriting, and outreach personalization. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
-Experience with cold outreach, B2B lead generation, or direct sales
-Self-starter, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
-Proficiency in Google Sheets and general data organization
-Availability to work within US Central or Pacific Standard Time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT
