We are looking for a remote Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to support U.S.-based patients. This is a patient-facing, phone-ready role. All tea
This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare or medical admin experience who are eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable communicating with patients in English.
Compensation:
$800–1000/month, depending on experience and readiness to handle patient calls independently
This role begins with a 90-day contract period, with the intention of continuing long-term for the right candidate.
Hours:
Flexible scheduling (30-40 hours per week)
Must overlap with U.S. business hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends
What You’ll Do
Respond to patient inquiries via phone,
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
Conduct outbound calls for reminders and warm outreach
Provide clear, empathetic patient communication
Collect and verify patient information
Follow structured workflows and HIPAA guidelines
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting U.S. patients
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools
Interest in growing into more autonomous patient-facing work
