POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an energetic and driven Outbound Prospector to power our lead generation and appointment-setting engine. You will manage outbound text message campaigns and phone outreach using our automated software systems, engaging potential clients and booking qualified appointments for our sales agents. This is a high-activity, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on volume, speed, and hitting targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and manage outbound text messaging campaigns through GoHighLevel (GHL) and related automation tools to engage prospects at scale.
Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients, introducing our health insurance services and qualifying interest.
Set qualified appointments for licensed sales agents by following established scripts and qualification criteria.
Monitor and respond to inbound text replies and campaign responses promptly to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain organized records of all prospect interactions, appointment outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, scripts, and targeting strategies based on performance data.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for outbound activity (calls, texts, and appointments set).
Manage and clean prospect lists, flag bad data, and ensure campaign compliance with TCPA and messaging regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple software tools, browser tabs, and workflows simultaneously.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
Excellent written communication skills — must be able to craft clear, concise, and engaging text messages.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional-quality headset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the health insurance or insurance industry.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, automations, and campaign management.
Experience with dialers, SMS platforms, or outreach automation tools (e.g., PhoneBurner, Mojo, RingCentral).
Understanding of TCPA compliance and text messaging best practices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting or sales quotas.
