MarginWiz is a fast-growing AI-powered platform that helps CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands recover money they're owed from distributors and retailers. We're a small, tight-knit team based in San Diego, CA, and we work with food and beverage brands across the country. We move fast, we're good to work with, and we treat our team well.
We're looking for a CRM specialist who is sharp, self-driven, and gets genuinely excited about learning new tools -- not just someone who already knows every platform.
The Opportunity
We run our sales pipeline on Attio, a modern AI-native CRM. You don't need to know Attio today -- but you need to be the kind of person who will open YouTube, find every tutorial that exists, break things, fix them, and come back as our in-house expert. We previously used Pipedrive, so experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or any CRM is a strong foundation. The logic is the same -- the tool is just new.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and maintaining our Attio CRM -- keeping contacts, companies, and deal stages up to date
Building and maintaining lists, filters, views, and workflows
Importing, cleaning, and deduplicating contact data
Researching and adding prospect contacts (CPG brand founders, finance leads, VPs of Sales)
Referencing and migrating data from our previous Pipedrive setup
Logging outreach activity and keeping deal notes current
Light
Flagging anything that looks off and bringing solutions, not just problems
What We're Looking For
Solid hands-on experience with any major CRM -- Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
A genuine self-learner -- someone who figures things out independently without waiting to be taught
Detail-oriented with clean, organized data habits
Good written English -- you'll be communicating with the US team regularly
Reliable internet and consistent availability during agreed hours
Availability that overlaps with Pacific Time business hours (UTC-7/UTC-8) -- at least a few hours of daily crossover required
Someone who takes ownership and brings energy, not just task completion
Nice to Have
Experience with Sales Navigator or LinkedIn outreach
Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or Google Sheets
Prior experience supporting a US-based startup or B2B sales team
Any exposure to Attio specifically (a real bonus, but not required)
Hours and Compensation
Part-time to start (10-20 hrs/week) with room to grow
Must overlap with Pacific Time business hours (UTC-7/UTC-8)
Compensation negotiable based on experience
