We're looking for a talented Head Designer to own the visual identity of our
If you also have hands-on Klaviyo experience and can build what you design directly inside the platform, that's a genuine bonus. But first and foremost, we need someone who can design beautifully, think in brand, and make every send feel like it came from a five-star establishment.
What You'll Do
Primary:
Design weekly EDMs that reflect the Five Star Napkins visual identity: premium, occasion-led, warm, and refined
Audit and redesign our existing
Develop a cohesive
Translate campaign briefs, product stories, and brand
Secondary: Ad Hoc Graphic Design (Based on Capacity)
Support the wider creative team with graphic design work as needed, including static ads, social assets, product photography overlays, promotional graphics, and brand collateral
Contribute to maintaining a consistent visual language across all brand channels
Work collaboratively with the team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects
Bonus: Klaviyo (If You Have It)
If you have direct Klaviyo experience, the ability to build and deploy your designs inside the platform, managing templates, flows, and sends through to internal approval, would be highly valued and rewarded accordingly
What You Already Know (Non-Negotiables)
- You are a strong graphic designer with a genuine feel for luxury and premium brand aesthetics. You know what elevated looks like and you hold yourself to that standard

- You can look at a brand and immediately understand its visual language, then extend it with consistency and creativity
- You take pride in the quality of your work. Every send, every asset, every touchpoint reflects that
Required Skills
- 3 to 5+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio that includes
- Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of luxury and premium brand aesthetics: typography, whitespace, colour, imagery
- Ability to design mobile-first with awareness of
- An eye for brand consistency. You notice when something is off and you fix it before anyone asks
- Strong communication skills. You can take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without constant hand-holding
