We are a high-growth digital marketing agency specializing in high-performance paid advertising. We are looking for an organized Operations & Account Manager to work the day-to-day agency functions and bridge the gap between our internal strategy team and our valued clients, ensuring that every campaign is executed with precision and every client feels prioritized.
Working directly with the Founder and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for building scalable systems, maintaining seamless communication, and driving client success. This is a long-term, full-time position with room for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
* Respond to client
* Send campaign updates and monthly reports
* Schedule client calls when needed
* Ensure clients feel supported and informed
Operations & Project Management
* Manage tasks inside ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
* Coordinate work with the campaign manager
* Track deadlines and campaign launches
* Ensure projects are completed on time
Client Onboarding
* Send onboarding forms to new clients
* Collect account access and assets
* Prepare campaign launch checklists
Performance Monitoring
* Monitor campaign KPIs such as leads, CPL, and conversions
* Flag performance issues to the campaign manager
* Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time
Client Success
* Maintain strong client relationships
* Identify opportunities for account growth
* Ensure clients are satisfied with the service
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organization and project management skills
* Experience working with a digital marketing or PPC agency
* Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
PREFERRED:
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads or PPC
* Experience with Looker Studio or marketing reporting tools
* Client success or account management experience
Compensation & Logistics
Salary: $1,750 – $2,500 USD per month (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
