Job Title: Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper (UK based)
Company: Ripple Dental

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), UK Business Hours

About the Role
Ripple Dental Care is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial health day to day. You will be responsible for maintaining pristine records, ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations, and providing our management team with the insights needed to grow the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online or Xero.

UK Compliance: Manage VAT returns and assist in the preparation of UK Year-end Accounts and Tax Returns.

Payroll & Pensions: Process monthly payroll and manage pension contributions within the UK framework.

Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Communication: Participate in weekly sync meetings with the Manager to review the financial status and provide strategic updates.

Reconciliations: Perform daily financial report/weekly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure 100?curacy.

Skills & Requirements
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

UK Experience (Essential): Proven experience in UK accounts production, VAT, and Self-Assessment returns.

Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero.

Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal) for clear reporting and collaboration.

Reliability: High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with dental practices or medical clinics is a significant plus.
