WHAT YOU WILL DO
Answer inbound calls, chats, and
Guide students through course details, scheduling, certification requirements, and testing
Resolve issues quickly by identifying root causes and following through to completion
Meet or exceed KPIs including response time, CSAT scores, and quality assurance metrics
Maintain detailed and accurate interaction records — document everything, double-check always
Collaborate with teammates and communicate proactively with leadership
Support special projects and operational tasks as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 4 years of customer service experience (BPO, virtual assistant, or similar)
You communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English
You stay composed and positive when things get busy or a caller is upset
You are detail-oriented — you catch small things before they become big problems
You take ownership: if something goes wrong, you fix it and follow through
You are a team player who steps up without being asked
You have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
You have access to two monitors (required for this role)
