JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling health and beauty products across Europe and the US. Our brands operate in skincare, beauty tools, and wellness, and we run high-volume paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
We're hiring 2–3 experienced Video Editors to join our creative team on a full-time basis.

What you'll be editing:

UGC-style ads for Meta & TikTok (short-form, 15–60 sec)
Video Sales Letters (VSL) and long-form advertorials
Product demo and e-commerce videos
Testimonial and social proof videos
AI avatar spokesperson videos (via HeyGen)
Reels/TikToks with captions, hooks, and motion text overlays

Requirements:

2+ years of video editing experience (e-commerce or performance marketing preferred)
Proficient in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro
Hands-on experience with the following AI tools is a MUST:

Sora (OpenAI) — AI video generation
Kling (Kuaishou) — AI video generation
Banana Nano — AI video/motion
HeyGen — AI avatar & spokesperson videos
ElevenLabs — AI voiceover & voice cloning

Able to integrate AI-generated footage and voiceovers seamlessly into ad creatives
Strong feel for pacing, hooks, and direct-response ad formats
Able to work from clear creative briefs independently
Fast turnaround — we operate at high volume
Reliable internet connection and dedicated work setup
Available during European business hours (CET timezone, flexible)

Nice to have:

Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
Background in health, beauty, or supplement brands
Familiarity with UGC ad trends on Meta/TikTok

What we offer:

Full-time position: $900–$1,200/month depending on experience
Stable, long-term role with room to grow
Clear creative briefs and structured workflows (we use ClickUp)
Collaborative team — you'll work closely with our Creative Director
Regular feedback and performance reviews
