About Us:
Fast-scaling DTC brand looking for an AI graphic designer to create high-converting Meta ad creatives. Ground-floor opportunity with potential to lead the design department as we grow.

Responsibilities:
- Design static ad creatives for Facebook/Meta (native ads, image ads, carousels)
- Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to create custom visuals for ads, landing pages, and website assets
- Combine AI-generated imagery with traditional design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Work with Creative Strategist and Copywriter to execute visual concepts
- Design educational/storytelling ads with stats and engaging visuals
- Create landing page designs and website graphics
- Deliver assets in multiple sizes/formats
- Fast turnaround times with consistent quality

Requirements:
- 2+ years designing for DTC/e-commerce brands with portfolio of ads that ran on Meta
- Proficient with AI image generation tools and can show examples of AI-generated work
- Strong workflow combining AI + traditional design tools
- Understanding of direct-response marketing: awareness levels, hooks, visual hierarchy for conversion
- Experience designing educational/storytelling ads for unaware audiences
- Can take feedback and iterate quickly
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented and consistent
