We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency (Routhe & Co) scaling into the UAE market. We help dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, interior design studios, and fit-out companies grow through paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Your job is simple: Cold call business owners in the UAE, qualify them, and book a free 30-minute "Potential Analysis" meeting directly into our CEO's calendar.
What you'll do:
Make 50–80 cold calls per day to business owners in the UAE
Qualify leads using a proven script (provided + trained)
Book meetings directly into CEO's calendar (
Send a daily WhatsApp report: calls made, answers, meetings booked
Log all activity in Google Sheets (template provided)
After each booking: post a short brief in our Slack with company name, website, channel interest, and call notes
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English, clear and confident (C1 minimum)
Minimum 1 year B2B cold calling experience
Experience calling UAE/Middle East businesses is a strong plus
Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
Self-driven and target-oriented — this is a performance role
Compensation:
$300/month base salary
$10 commission per booked meeting
At 8–10 meetings/week you earn $380–$700/month — top performers earn more
