Overview
As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator (English & Spanish-speaking), you will help drive the growth of a fast-moving marketing organization servicing event marketing, media, entertainment, and local businesses. You’ll coordinate campaigns, manage content, support CRM workflows, handle client communications, and ensure lead inquiries are organized and followed through with accuracy. You will also contribute to developing our internship program and strengthening internal workflows to keep the organization running smoothly. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help ensure every message reaches the right audience and every initiative reflects excellence. Responsibilities
Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media scheduling,

Maintain strong client communication by preparing reports, gathering content, updating project boards, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their requirements.
Utilize CRM software like HighLevel to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and forecast future opportunities.
Coordinate territory management efforts by planning visits, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and maintaining a strong presence in assigned regions.
Collaborate with Web Development Team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives on web,
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and identify growth areas.
Provide ongoing account management support by addressing customer inquiries promptly and ensuring long-term client retention.
Skills
Proven experience supporting B2B sales efforts, managing outreach, and contributing to consistent lead generation results.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, or oversee client portfolios effectively.
Expertise in business development, including lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, and upselling.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales performance.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach that fosters trust and loyalty.
Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
