About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel expert to fully own and manage all tasks within our GHL environment. This is not a support role — you'll be the go-to person responsible for building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing everything inside our GHL account and its connected systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and maintaining our entire GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) setup — workflows, pipelines, funnels, calendars, contacts, and CRM configuration
Building and troubleshooting automations using GHL's native workflow builder as well as external tools like n8n
Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Twilio integrations (SMS, voice, number provisioning, A2P registration, call routing, etc.)
Setting up and maintaining
Creating and managing
Handling basic web development tasks — editing landing pages, funnels, forms, and custom code snippets within GHL or connected platforms
Identifying issues proactively and troubleshooting problems across the full stack (GHL, Twilio,
Requirements
Must-Have:
Deep, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — you should know the platform inside and out
Strong understanding of automation logic and workflow design in both GHL and tools like n8n
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Twilio (SMS/voice setup, compliance, error resolution)
Solid grasp of
Basic web development skills — comfortable with HTML/CSS, embedding scripts, editing funnels/landing pages, and working with APIs/webhooks
Ability to work independently, take full ownership of the GHL environment, and communicate clearly when issues arise
Nice-to-Have:
Experience building and optimizing
Familiarity with other automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat)
Experience with custom API integrations and webhook configurations
Knowledge of GHL's white-label/SaaS mode
Background in digital marketing or lead generation
